Yes, we do Rapidprint repairs, even if we did not sell you your Rapidprint.

Tell us what you think is wrong with your Rapidprint machine. Leave a way for us to contact you back and your MasterCard or Visa information.
We will then advise you of the cost to repair or the cost of a new machine. You then make the decision with no pressure.
(If you decide not to order either a repair of your machine or a new machine, we will charge your MasterCard or Visa for shipping your old machine back to you.)
Have you looked at our DS-6500 machine? It's costly, but the most quiet and efficient machine out there and in our opinion is the best machine on the market today.
